For out-of-network insurance benefits, we will submit to the insurance on the patient’s behalf; however, some insurances will assign benefits to the patient only, in which case, the patient would pay the office in full and will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.

We also accept cash, credit cards, and CareCredit®️.

CareCredit is healthcare financing that allows patients to meet the costs of their healthcare needs. With CareCredit, you can pay for the services not covered by your insurance. You can also use CareCredit to settle your deductibles.

We encourage our valued patients to call their insurance providers in advance to receive clarification on any urgent concerns or questions.

Loyalty programs are not insurance but a payment arrangement provided by Parkway Dental Associates, LLC for services rendered. Membership is not transferrable to other dental offices. Payment for any cosmetic or restorative treatment is due at the time of service. Membership dues must be current to receive services. A lapse of 28 days in dues will require a reactivation fee of six month’s dues. Loyalty program discounts may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments.
