Office hours are by appointment during the following times:

Monday through Wednesday	7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday	7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday	7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Our office is operated most efficiently on an appointment schedule. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. We believe in the value of your time, and do our best to honor the time reserved for your visit. Emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delays in our schedule, however, we strive hard to maintain a timely schedule. There may be an occasion when you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. If you find yourself in this situation, we request a courtesy notification to our office 24 hours in advance. This consideration will allow the scheduling of other patients in need of treatment.

Emergency Care We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to respond promptly. Patients should be reassured that urgent problems will receive same-day appointments. All new patient initial treatment visits require a comprehensive patient history documentation including an accurate medical history, a complete dental history, and a "social" history information including financial responsibility and insurance coverage. Information provided in these forms is confidential and NO information will be released without your written consent. Once this preliminary informational gathering is completed, a thorough clinical evaluation will be performed and you will be provided with a personalized Treatment Plan. New patient?
