HYGIENISTS

Donna Hinch, R.D.H.

Donna  

Donna joined Belknap Dental Associates in 1988 after graduating from the New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH. She was an active participant in creating our Personal Periodontal Program for our patients.

Donna is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, New Hampshire Dental Hygiene Association, and New Hampshire Seacoast Dental Hygiene Association, American Red Cross and Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.

She is a former Trustee for Seacoast Dental Hygiene Association and volunteers for the Special Smiles Program for Special Olympics in New Hampshire.

 

Stefanie Wallingford , R.D.H.

 

Stefanie received her degree from Westbrook College in Portland, ME. She joined the Belknap Dental hygiene staff in 1996 after graduation.

She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, New Hampshire Dental Hygiene Association and New Hampshire Seacoast Dental Hygiene Association.

 

Camille Upson, R.D.H.

Camille  

Camille received her degree from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord. N.H. and has practiced in Maine and New Hampshire. Camille has been active in various aspects of hygiene throughout her career, ranging from private practices to public health programs.

 

Kim Dumont, R.D.H.

Crystal

Kim is an Honor graduate of the New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, New Hampshire. She earned her degree Associates in Science, and received her New Hampshire Dental Hygiene License in 2007. She is a member of ADHA, and has received accreditation from the American Heart Association Basic Life Support.

Prior to joining the hygiene staff at Belknap Dental Associates, Kim was Miss New Hampshire National Teen-Ager 1983, awarded a Four Year Tuition Scholarship, a Citizen Scholarship, and was recognized as Miss Congeniality. These admirable personal attributes have endeared Kim to her patients and enable her to provide exceptional personal health services. She has strengths in both pediatric and general practice. Kim also possesses strong computer and technology skills. Early detection and early interventional treatment of dental disease processes is a focus of her commitment to patient health. Kim enjoys reading, hiking, and canine agility classes.

 

                 

Jennifer Carberry, R.D.H.

Jen

Jennifer combines strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise to guide her patients through the complexities of case planning and effective treatment. Our understanding of disease processes and techniques have improved significantly in recent years and many patient problems require a coordinated team approach. Jennifer’s assistance in focusing on program management of periodontal needs helps patients achieve health improvements and more predictable results.

Prior to completing her R.D.H. training at New Hampshire Technical Institute, Jennifer received degrees from both University of New Hampshire and Worcester State College.

Jennifer is a member of American Dental Hygienists’ Association and has certification for NH Board of Dental Examination and Northeast Regional Board.

 

Marcie Zaccardi, R.D.H

Marcie Zaccardi received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of New England, Portland, Maine in May 2005. At UNE, Marcie was a Campus Admissions Ambassador and served as Vice President, Student Activities Council, assisting the University President in planningand leading campus activities.

As a clinical hygienist, Marcie works on protocol development in periodontics. She completed an extensive post-graduate Mastery Course in Soft Tissue Management, focusing on the latest research on periodontal disease and it's effect on entire patient health.

Marcie's training included a stint working with pediatric orthodontic patients. She works well with children, encouraging early health habit formation and fostering "partnerships" between the dentist, hygienist and young patients.

Growing up in Maine, she is frequently hiking, biking and enjoying the beautiful forests of New England.

 

Heather DeManche, R.D.H

Heather

Heather received her degree, Associates in Dental Hygiene at the New Hampshire Technical Institute, Cocord, New Hampshire.

An active member of SADHA during her academic years, Heather now retains an active membership in the ADHA. She also maintains credentials with the American Heart Association for BLS for healthcare providers (CPR & AED). She holds certificates from the National Board and the Northeast Regional Board.

Heather, a mother herself, is a strong proponent of and an enthusiastic adherent of the "early detection-early treatment" perspective of healthcare control. Treating high risk children with better outcomes and assessing risk levels of young children and educating young mothers remains her most immediate challenge.

Heather enjoys the outdoors and long nature walks.

 

Vanessa DiVincenzo, R.D.H.

Vanessa

Vanessa received her dental educational training and degree as Associate in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene at Monroe Community College, Rochester, New York.

Following two years of clinical practice in Brockport, New York, Vanessa relocated to the Seacoast area and joined the hygiene staff at Belknap Dental Associates.

Vanessa's experience and interest in treating children and young adults is essential in promoting patient participation in the highly recommended "One Year Exam Program". This initiative, endorsed by all major health advisory organizations, initiates a lifetime of good oral health in youngsters.

Vanessa is an avid skier and enjoys the pleasures of the New Hampshire forests.

 

LAB TECHNICIAN

Marcia Belmore, C.D.T.

Marcia graduated in 1973 from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. She joined Belknap Dental Associates in 1980 as Chief Lab Technician. She has participated through the years in various dental laboratory workshop programs, and provides skilled denture technology to our in-house dental services.

Marcia lives in Dover with her husband and three children and is involved in their numerous activities and sports. In her "spare" time, she teaches at Gunstock Ski Learning Center, as a nationally accredited Instructor.


DENTAL ASSISTANTS

  

Cindy Chaikin, D.A.

Cindy Chaikin has built a network of trust and confidence with our patients during her 20 plus year tenure as a trained dental assistant. Her extensive dental knowledge and communication skills assist patients in achieving successful treatment outcome.

Susan Sirviris D.A.

Susan has over 20 years of experience in dental assisting. Her patients value her expertise in evaluating appropriate treatment options. Susan will review risk indicators influencing dental caries, mechanisms of fluoride action, management of periodontal health along with her comforting chairside responsibilities.

  

Judith Cummings, C.D.A.

Judith Cummings brings strong computer skills to use along with her duties as a dental assistant. Patient education plays a major role in our oral disease management programs, which are tracked through our large database. Judith's previous experience implementing individual educational plans for special ed paraprofessionals has been a valuable asset to our programs.

Judith has received her CDA certification. She is licensed for radiology in the state of NH and is also certified with the American Heart Association. She continues to keep updated with workshops and courses in dental health and treatments.

 

Rhonda Gervais

A graduate of the Dental Careers Institute in Portland, ME, Rhonda brings extensive dental assisting skills to our office. She has trained and received CPR certification. Rhonda continued her studies at the University of Southern Maine with focused studies in biology, chemistry, physics and genetics. She is a trained and certifed dental assistant for the placement of dental sealants. Rhonda's skills extend to other areas of dentistry. She is our lead orthodontic assistant and provides patient care under the supervision of our staff orthodontist .

 

Brittani Peaslee, D.A.

Brittani is a Farmington High School graduate with a passion for helping patients achieve sustainable goals aimed towards improving their dental health status. Since entering the dental field Brittani has continually honed her assisting skills and acquired academic credentials. She is credentialed by the Dental Assisting National Board in Radiation & Safety. Brittani is currently completing her academic requirements towards acquiring her CDA.

   Our experienced Treatment Coordinators are committed to assuring you a comfortable and relaxing visit. From your first inquiry, to arranging an appointment that accommodates your personal schedule, this staff works closely with our dentists and hygienists to provide a comprehensive and courteous visit for you.

All of our Treatment Coordinators are at your service to explain and facilitate insurance pre-determinations and claims; coordinate recall and treatment visits; and arrange financial agreements.
